I’ve been tweeting about this for a little while, and I already have one post about this.  I’m presenting next week, and I’m starting to finalize my thinking about what I’m going to present.  (I know, I know, last minute stuff . . . )

So I tweeted something about using Twitter in the classroom today, and here are some of the things that were shared with me:

One or two tweets, and I have five or six great resources.  Thanks to the great people on Twitter – my PLN, as we like to say.

I’m still collecting data using my survey – that’s still open right now – and I’m not sure yet what I’d like to say.  I have been doing some research into the larger context of social media, outside the classroom.  That’s a big task.  On top of this, I’ve been thinking and reading a lot about the effects of social media on learning and on brain development.  That’s another big task.

So, as of right now, it’s kind of a mess.  I have a few “stunts” planned, but I might get so caught up in what I’m researching that I might not have time to set that up.

I’m definitely going to try some kind of live stream on YouTube.  It’s just too cool to pass up a chance at that.

We’ll see what else happens . . .
